A one-time proposal fee may apply depending on project scope.
Design Confirmation
Once the concept is aligned, we proceed with detailed design refinements, material selection, and visual direction.

Detail Design
We finalise all technical drawings, material specifications, and design details. This ensures full clarity for construction and costing.
Quotation
A complete and transparent quotation is prepared based on all finalised drawings and materials.
Work Contract
Upon approval, a formal contract is signed. We begin project scheduling and prepare for site execution.
Project Completion
